Trading Information

We are willing to trade for any of our titles. Email webmaster@randommasters.com if interested. Please note that our standards are very high and we do not accept EP tapes. We also may accept non-anime tapes or any other goods except Nazi collectibles. Old 8-bit Nintendo games and anime soundtracks on CD wanted. If you want to trade us the Holy Grail that Christ drank from at the Last Supper we will give you access to our entire library :) If you do not have anything to trade (anime or otherwise), we are always willing to trade one tape for a new, unused SVHS tape.

In case you’re interested in my personal collections (P|-|43r my e-penis!) :-D

Some fansubs we choose not to list on the main tape list page for whatever reason (ie. Gundam X, Kare Kano, Escaflowne, hentai, and all 95 episodes of Rurouni Kenshin.) Email me for unlisted fansubs/non-fansub tapes available for trade.

Trading Etiquette :

0) This is zero because it is most important: if you can’t make good copies of tapes, don’t bother asking for a fansub for fansub trade. 2 vcrs and 24 K AV cables just don't cut it, and I'm tired of receiving brand X tapes that are unlabeled and not rewound and have horrible AV quality and then I have to pay shipping to return them. Although for the past 2 years this really has not been a problem anymore (thank God).

0.5) If trading digital media (CDR, DVDR) you must absolutely run a CRC check on all the discs you send to make sure they are not corrupt. We do the same for you always. We recommend using CDCheck, which is free and downloadable. It also has nifty features like allowing you to reconstruct bad files.

1) You email us and propose a trade.

2) We hammer out a trade through email.

3) You send your stuff FIRST. We will give you the "green light" to ship when we are ready. Don't expect us to ship our stuff immediately upon arrival if we haven't given you a green light. When we ask you for a trade, we'll gladly send our stuff first. But you send first for now.

4) You mail us the items for trade. After receiving the items and verifying the quality, we ship you what you want.

5) You receive what we traded you, and hopefully you are very happy and wish to trade in the future.

NOTE: If you send us fansubs for trade, we appreciate it if you put spine labels on the tapes and label them, unless you're handwriting is illegible. Also, be kind, please rewind; an unrewound tape shows that you didn't bother to check the tape to make sure it copied correctly. (hint, make sure you verify that the tape copied correctly afterwards.) Finally, remove those plastic tabs that prevent the tape from being accidentally copied over. Who would ever want to record over a beautiful fansub?
