Notes: Studio Perriot’s followup to “Magical Angel Creamy Mami”. Pelsia, a wild girl, uses her magical powers to restore spring to people’s beautiful dreams. After releasing all 54 episodes and the 3 OVAs of Creamy Mami, Studio Perriot canceled the DVD boxsets of Pelsia and instead moved on to release their next classic magical girl show “Magical Star Magical Emi” (the last one remaining is Magical Idol Pastel Yumi). While they still may end up releasing all 48 TV episodes on DVD, I was able to buy an unused Perfect Collection LD boxset for $250, whereas the DVD boxsets would have probably cost $750!
